PMHx:
Childhood chicken pox; mumps
1976 Appendicetomy
1985 UTI
1995 a lump on left breast removed
2005 Hay fever, colds
2007 (July) fainted at office, low Hb level as she is a vegetarian-administered vitamin B12 injection.
After 2 weeks symptoms stable, work-related stress, mild asthma Rx Ventolin.
2007(December) started Serevent and Pulmicort turbuhaler as a result of adverse effects of Ventolin.
2014 Allergic Rhinitis, worsened due to frequent contact with domestic cats- doctor advised tab. Zyrtec, referred to an Allergic specialist.
14 days later started immunotherapy for allergy to cat fur.
2017(August) Failure of immunotherapy, symptoms are unresolving, she continued practising strict hygiene to avoid allergens; sleeplessness – advised tab. Stilnox 5 mg for one month.
08/01/2018 Chronic Insomnia since August 2017
Non-healing wounds present in left leg and right forearm.
Weight gain:
10 kg from three months, abdominal obesity.
Severe tiredness, sudden mood change, depressive episodes.
Red face, hirsutism.
Provisional diagnosis:
Cushing syndrome
