Temperature 37.5 c, BP 125/70 mm Hg, pulse 70 /min, RR 18/min, muscle weakness

Investigations:

Chest X-ray (bilateral patchy infiltration), ECG with right axis deviation, ABG (pH 7.23, low PO2, raised PCO2), and community nasopharyngeal & throat swab positive for COVID.

Acute admission to ICU for ventilatory support
