2012 Depression-Tab. Amitriptyline 25 mg t.i.d; Hpercholrestrolemia - Tab. Zocor (simvastatin) 10 mg od.
18/03/2018 Myalgia-six weeks; Rx: tab. Ibuprofen t.i.d & Advised to stop simvastatin. Review after one week.
26/03/2018 Persisting pain whole day specially at night, she takes warm bath to resolve the pain.

Multiple Myeloma .
Treatment plan:
Home visit -2 times/week, she needs help with the Diet plan & Medication (Tab. Amitriptyline 25mg t.i.d).
