Wears eyeglasses for nearsightedness and farsightedness
Glasses don't work well lately
Initially 5 years on oral antidiabetic medication
Patient on different insulins over the 20 years, fully compliant to any prescribed insulin therapy
Currently on insulin Levemir 30 I.E. nocte, insulin Actrapid 12 I.E. b.i.d. breakfast and lunch.
Kidney ultrasound NAD
Previous retinopathy screening 5 years ago showed minor changes
