39.2C, Heart Rate 140, BP: 100/60, RR 22, O2Sat: 90% on room air, alert and orientated (GCS 15)
Triage notes:
35-year-old woman coughing, fever, rapid respiratory rate, (SOB) shortness of breath. Travel history: Overseas on business in region known to have COVID-19 cases. Returned two days ago, became ill 24 hours later.

Respiratory assessment:
Decreased air entry bilaterally, shortness of breath and wheezing. No swelling or tenderness in legs.
Positive screening (COVID-19 exposure - fever, respiratory symptoms and high-risk travel history).
Allergies:
None

Current Medications:
Ibuprofen, Acetaminophen last 2 days

Patient moved to isolation room and airborne PPE (Personal Protection Equipment) was involved

Initial Assessment:
Respirations 28, O2Sat 84% on room air, increased to 90% with supplemental O2
Management
IV access with fluid bolus of 500mL normal saline
O2 by NonRebreather Mask
Portable Xray, Labs, ECG and swabs for flu and coronavirus

Worsened hypoxia, agitated
Respirations:
30, O2SAT: 86% with oxygen
Successful intubation with no difficulties

92% on ventilator with 100% O2
Continued with fluid bolus and post intubation care including sedation.
Plan:
Urgent transfer to ICU
